What is your return policy for comics and games?
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note that individual comic books, collectible card game singles, and clearance items are final sale.
Do you offer local pickup for online orders?
Yes! Houston locals can select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is pulled and ready for collection at our North Oaks Shopping Center location.
Can I pre-order upcoming board games or comic variants?
Absolutely. We offer pre-orders for most upcoming releases. For weekly comic subscriptions, we recommend setting up a 'Pull List' through our store to ensure you never miss an issue.
How do you ensure the condition of shipped comic books?
We take great pride in our packaging. All individual comic books are shipped in archival-safe bags with boards and are mailed in rigid, crush-resistant mailers to prevent corner dings or spine stress.
Do you buy used collections or trade-ins?
We do occasionally purchase vintage comic collections and select board games. Please contact the store in advance to schedule an appointment with our buyer, as we do not accept walk-in appraisals.
